Hi, my name is Frank Shearer. Today, I’m a self-confessed nobody on the internet. I’m an engineer and leader by formal education, and have been a student of life and marketing for over 35 years to include operating my own marketing company.
Through your tax dollars, I was fortunate to have received one of the most prestigious educations available today by graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point. I served you and our country in the United States Army as an officer and leader of your sons and daughters. For that opportunity, I want to publicly thank you.
Today, I serve as an employee and leader in the number one profit producing corporation in the world. I say this only to briefly introduce myself and point out that I live in the real world with what some refer to as a “real job” as opposed to profiting online. However, via an online presence, my Dream and $Million Passion is to enhance self-improvement and on-going ministry through equipping, encouraging and interceding.
Stephen R. Covey, in his book The 8th Habit, states that our challenge of success in the new Knowledge Worker Age is to “Find Your Voice and Inspire Others to Find Theirs.” Profit Method Lab, is my way of responding to Stephen’s challenge and Voicing my passion outside of the corporate world. My prayer is that you find this Blog and our Journey of studying Profit Methods in both Lab and Team environments to be valuable as a source of inspiration and help as you develop your own Voice and personal income.
I anticipate that you will find my process a bit different from the usual internet gurus. My personal choice and goal is to align my life and activities with God’s principles expressed in Rick Warren’s book, “Purpose Driven Life.” I plan to prove specific profit methods are applicable to your personal internet business by assisting selected team members in developing their personal income and ultimately building, as public proof, a $Million per month fund to better equip and encourage non-profit efforts.
